How to pick up your parcel at any 7eleven - only in TAIWAN
Upon the parcels arrival at the convenience store, you will be notified by 7-11 e-Express via SMS.
Go to the designated convenience store and pick-up your parcel.
(Please bring your ID card with you, and make sure to pick up your order within 7 days after the shipment has arrived at the shop.)If you have not received the notification SMS due to personal reasons, you can also track your order on e-Express’ website.
