RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS

Items purchased from surfaceapparel.com are eligible for exchange or refund if returned within 21 days of purchase.

Exchange and refunds for online orders can only be applied for online, they can not be processed at any retail shop.

Exchanging your order is free the first 2 times!

Exchanging the same order a third time requires a shipping fee of only 160 NT$ (= 5.20 USD)

(Limited to Taiwan. Please ask for the shipping fee on international orders!)

Defective products can be sent back and will be refunded or exchanged for free.

Sale items, underwear and padding are not eligible for exchange.

CONDITIONS

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached. Do not remove protective slip.

Please note: When sending back bikini tops, please fold the cups the same way we folded them for you to prevent damage and deformation of the cups.

We do not accept bikini tops that have lost their shape due to careless packaging!
